These terms govern your use of WalletPicks. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. WalletPicks is independently owned and operated from Serbia, and in these terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to WalletPicks.
Who may use the site
The site is intended for adults who are old enough to enter a binding agreement in their country. By using it you confirm that you meet that requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.
Information, not advice
WalletPicks publishes independent reviews and general information about hardware wallets, crypto wallets and everyday wallets. This is not financial, investment, legal, tax or security advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific product or asset.
Cryptocurrency and the way you store it carry real risk, including the total and permanent loss of funds. You alone are responsible for your decisions, including which wallet you use and how you secure your keys. Where a decision matters to you, seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.
Accuracy and changes
We work hard to keep reviews accurate and current, but prices, features, firmware and availability change often. Any figure on the site is a snapshot from the time of testing. Always confirm current details with the maker or retailer before you buy, and treat everything here as a starting point for your own research.
Editorial independence
Our scores follow the fixed standard set out in our standard. Affiliate links, explained in our affiliate disclosure, never influence a score, a ranking, or the order of any list.
User submissions
If you submit a review, comment or message, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience, that it is lawful, and that you own or have the right to post it. You grant us a non-exclusive right to publish, edit and display that content in connection with the site.
You agree not to submit anything false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing or otherwise unlawful. We moderate submissions and may edit or remove any content, or decline to publish it, at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, misuse the contact or account features, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or block access that breaches these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and any dispute relating to them or to the site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Serbia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you may have where you live.
